We're very pleased with their company including both installations and service. We have 2 commercial A/C units in our offices that they put in and maintained and we have 3 residential units in three separate condos that we own where they've installed and maintained the units and we're planning to have them replace the last one soon.  We've recommended them to other people (including my next door neighbor who had 2 units installed). Gerald and his technicians including Wilson, George and most recently Kensley and Trent are all polite capable young men.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Called at 5:30pm, fixed by 6:30pm. Honestly they impressed my husband more than me since he was urging me to make a review. That alone is enough for 5 stars lol. Husband is very suspicious about any contractor really, expecting to get scammed or over charged yada yada. The issue was a broken capacitor. Charged us $250 total (was going to be $85 to come out regardless). Husband thinks that's pretty reasonable... Personally most places were closing and this place had decent reviews and was active on Google which is a plus in my book. I just wanted to not be sweating in an extreme heat wave. We're also first time home owners so this is a first and we'll be using them again if any other issues arise.
