We're very pleased with their company including both installations and service. We have 2 commercial A/C units in our offices that they put in and maintained and we have 3 residential units in three separate condos that we own where they've installed and maintained the units and we're planning to have them replace the last one soon.  We've recommended them to other people (including my next door neighbor who had 2 units installed).
