I am incredibly happy with the work that Gerald, Wilson and the team at Prime provided. They confirmed a same day emergency visit to fix our AC and leaking issues. They even stayed late to get the job done. They were professional and the area was clean after they left. I definitely recommend Prime and was impressed by their work. THANK YOU!!!

They were reliable, pleasant and clean. They were recommended to me by 2 neighbors and I would do the same.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Greg and Wilson!

I cannot say enough great things about Greg and Wilson! From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and genuine dedication to their work. It’s refreshing to come across technicians who not only know their trade but also take pride in the quality of service they provide.

Both Greg and Wilson were incredibly thorough, courteous, and attentive to detail. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions, and make sure the job was done right. Their work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart.

Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but Greg and Wilson are a perfect example of what it should look like! They are an incredible representation of their company, and their hard work deserves recognition.

I would absolutely recommend these two gentlemen to anyone looking for knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy AC technicians. I’d even invite them to dinner lol
Thank you both for going above and beyond!

We've been a customer of Prime Air Conditioner LLC since 2020. We're very pleased with their company including both installations and service. We have 2 commercial A/C units in our offices that they put in and maintained and we have 3 residential units in three separate condos that we own where they've installed and maintained the units and we're planning to have them replace the last one soon. We've recommended them to other people (including my next door neighbor who had 2 units installed).

Gerald and his technicians including Wilson, George and most recently Kensley and Trent are all polite capable young men. When we need something and call, Day usually answers and coordinates the service in a super friendly way.
